About David
David Wilcox is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario who has been practising criminal defence law in Barrie since 1987. After running a successful private practice for nearly four decades, David joined Mor Fisher LLP as Senior Defence Counsel in 2024, bringing with him an unmatched depth of local experience and an intimate knowledge of the courts, Crown offices, and judges across Simcoe County.
David’s long tenure in Barrie means there is very little he has not seen. His clients benefit from the relationships and reputation he has built over a career dedicated entirely to criminal defence in this community.
