About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Fisher is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and has practised exclusively criminal defence law for well over a decade. As co-founding partner of Mor Fisher LLP, he brings extensive courtroom experience and is widely respected by Crown Attorney offices and the judiciary across Central Ontario.
Jeff’s approach combines analytical precision with relentless advocacy. He is known for identifying technical defences that others might overlook — particularly in cases involving forensic evidence, breathalyzer procedures, and complex financial records. He has successfully negotiated the withdrawal of hundreds of charges before they ever reached a courtroom.
Practice Focus
- Impaired driving defence and breathalyzer challenges
- Drug trafficking and possession
- Violent offences including manslaughter and robbery
- Complex financial crimes and fraud
Geographic Focus
While Jeff handles cases across the province, he is a primary counsel for the firm’s Orillia and Muskoka cases. His deep understanding of the local legal culture in these jurisdictions provides a distinct advantage to his clients.
